All of our flour is grown in Montana and processed by Grist Milling Co. in Missoula. All of our sugar comes from the beet fields of the Rocky Mountain region.

Sourdough Cinnamon Cloud

Like a cinnamon roll, but more heavenly. Our sourdough starter was cultured from the wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria found on Montana huckleberries.
