We're a doughnut stand, and we're a hub for connection. Creativity, and shared nourishment drive us forward. Every doughnut we make begins with ingredients grown, raised, and crafted right here in Montana. Local grain gives our dough its character, local eggs and dairy give it richness, and local fruit and herbs shape the seasonal flavors that keep our menu rooted in place.
We believe craft and innovation go hand in hand. That’s why we ferment, infuse, cure, and experiment our way through each season, always looking for new ways to honor the growers and makers who make our work possible.
When you stop by for a hot coffee and a cinnamon cloud or pick up a dozen doughnuts for your weekend gathering, you’re supporting a local ecosystem of farmers, producers, and dreamers. You’re helping build a community table—one doughnut at a time.








All of our flour is grown in Montana and processed in Missoula. All of our sugar comes from the beet fields of the Rocky Mountain region. Everything else comes from the farms in and around Missoula.
Our signature 3 day slow fermentation process. Fried in lard. Classic vanilla glaze. Just a good doughnut.
Like the classic glaze with a twist.
Laminated brioche slow fermented over 3 days. Like a cinnamon roll, but more heavenly.
Your choice of flavors.
Thirteen doughnuts. We throw in an extra one for being such a good neighbor.
